Mr. Josh Halpern is the Chief Strategy Officer for the California International Trade Center (CITC). He leads CITC’s strategy to provide private sector tools and support that empower small businesses to sell online overseas. Josh is a former U.S. Foreign Commercial Service Officer (Diplomat) who led the ecommerce, logistics and retail market-entry portfolios at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China prior to being asked to found the U.S. Department of Commerce’s national eCommerce Innovation Lab in Silicon Valley.
